rnNot many people understand enjoying themselves. It is at the core to being happy and healthy. It is when you celebrate yourself not for anything but being yourself, that you know what enjoying yourself really means

rn1. Stop relying on external aspects to stimulate you and make you happy. You have pursued money, careers, status, and mates, and you relish them while you have them. The bad news is that they are not necessarily permanent. So, don't treasure other things; just be happy with yourself. rn
rn2. Know, yourself. You know yourself when you identify yourself and form a picture of your character based your past experiences. The more the happier experiences, the more happy you are. As your present becomes our past, you need to have as many happy experiences as possible. rn
rn3. React calmly to situations. rn
rn4. Spend time alone and try to introspect on your nature, behavior and character. rn
rn5. Tune in to the song that you love the most; the book that you would like to read; the recipe that you would like to cook; the game that you would like to play; the person that you would love to be with. rn
rn6. Know that happiness is mutual. The more you make the persons around you happy, the more happier you are. It all comes back and accumulates. rn
rn7. Try not to think, speak or act in a way that berates others, that puts them on a defensive. Have something good to say all the time.
