I like the crop, however, there are a few things which I think need addressing.

I find the sharpening a bit too much especially near the edge of her cheek.

Why the strings(?) on her hair? It is distracting ...

I like to see a bit more detail of her shirt.

Some catchligh would be nice.

Not too sure of the crop of her necklace, might as well take it off.
