It's usually happened, a flare or reflection from a light such as sun or strong lamp.You should erase the reflection of the sun by using Photoshop. I agree if you crop it a little bit more. //Very pretty morning (or evening)

hey.. you sud crop lower part more... just abt on top of the building on the left... the reflection of the sun is coming from the lens... shooting straight to bright sun usually wud produce this... cheers
