Hmm.. I have the opposite opp. to what Billtone had written. I think the composition looks nice, but I don't like the colours, I'd prefer B&W for this photo. & I rather crop the top bit.
Mike, I like the moment. too bad the lighting is not that good. If the little girl wears a bright red shirt, and you use a narrow dof so the picture will get blur other than the little girl, it would've been good pic. By the way, was it in Botanical Garden?

i like the colors, but the composition is a bit off. wondering if tighter crop would work.
