Yup, maybe if you shot from the front and he is stand will be better.
a little bit unnatural pose i think over exposed at the face but, overall is great shot !

sawadi khrap...... looks a little bit fake and weird on the face....... BG and the old man doesn't really match....... does the old man sit down or just gonna sit? maybe the standing pose will look better....
Well if your intention was to make the man looks like a puppet, then you succeed. I perticullary will reduce the brighnees on his face. Btw is it a man or really a puppet ? salam ym

nice portrait, the expression/pose is good, retouching the background makes the object very strong...but i think you have to underexpose 1-1 1/2 stop so that the detail of the face is better...cheers...
