As I toured through an old colonial mansion in Charleston, S.C., I noticed everyone taking photos of the architecture from outside. I decided to investigate below the surface - and ventured into the unused basement. The light pouring in was nothing short of magical - the shadows danced across the wall like massive spiders in the abandoned space.

perfect lighting, it brings out the relief of the wall, the colour of the wall and the light blends nicely, I couldn't think of another angle better than this! great picture!

Yes.. You did the right thing Brandon.. Sometime, we have to find a different angle to get a beautiful photo.. The lighting and the shadow are perfect !! I also love the detail of the wall.. Love this picture. PEACE !!
