Nice picture! It's good that you included those people, but maybe the composition could be a little bit better, for example with the people a little bit more to the right in your picture so that the cart is not taking in the central part of the picture and "absorbing" most of the attention. This way, yuo would also give more importance to the very nice landscape. Of course, that's only a small remark...
