Yes I think this is because of the movement so the picture is a little bit blur. Basically this is quite a good shot with nice composition and angle.
I knew that this is a beautiful bridge... just didn't have time and didn't know how to go to this bridge.... althought it's blur.. but still capturing the beauty of these bridge

It depends ... some people might say it's not OK as it's a bit shaky... But personally I like it, it's sort of abstract I supposed, ..the shakeness add an imagination to explore...
the metering isn't good enough, little bit over exposured and also shaky...i think a boat isn't good spot taking night photography, imho...
You'd tried your best.. good for a beginner na :) next time.. plz dont forget to prepare a tripot when u wanna take a night view picture .. well done :)
Actually i'm so impressed because this picture looked similar to the one in Kallang, Singapore. Good angle but too bad, shake because of the way you took this shot from the boat :))

Nice angle and color, kinda blur though....
I should say: berrygud shot !! It is shaken, of course, because of the boat movement. But, the low angle makes beautiful effect of the strings. Maybe, try to increase the ISO and shutter speed to minimize the shake. What other seniors would say ???
