Bp Kristupa told me to encourage u guys to REALLY CRITIQUE. So if u like it or dont like it, tell me why. What are the strong elements or weak elements in the image? What will you do differently? 3TD is ok too....just explain.....NOTHING is taken personally. Great educated comments Bp Kristupa.....I agree with you totally. Will post another tomorrow (my upload image quota full for today) which might address the very valid points that you have mentioned.

I like busy-ness look on your shot. Cropped shadow on the left side, just to add eagerness to overall scene. Stepped women there, just to guide my eye where they're forwarding.

Interesting object What really distracts is the harsh light that looks relatively frontal and almost flat Overall, the photo looks "too busy" without any reason why you chose this kind of DOF The use of orange filter has added contrast too much, and looks like both shadow and highlight area are sacrificed If I were with you at that time, I might took position in front of you to capture the boy and old man in backlighting condition and maximized rim lights Hence, I might be able to capture a bit more expressions on their faces (if there's any shown) From this choice of angle, you missed your opportunity to use the shadows as an addition to composition elements, because you (accidentaly?) cropped it
